If you’re looking for a light meal to beat the summer heat and soothe your most tempting cravings, Apple Nut Cheese Salad with ginger dressing is a fine direction to take. This unorthodox combo with its contrast of textures and flavours makes a surprisingly satisfying meal.  The walnuts give the salad a pleasant crunch (try roasted hazelnuts for a richer taste) while the apple is refreshing to the palate. The ginger dressing complements these ingredients, leaving a zip of tang on every taste bud.
