| Federal budget retools Millennium Scholarships | |
OTTAWA — Federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty announced on Feb. 26 that the federal government will not renew the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation.
It will be replaced by the Canada Student Grant Program, one of several investments in post-secondary education the government intends to make in the next few years.
