Boost your energy and get the most out of your workout.

 (Amounts are guidelines.)
½ cup raw oats (preferably steel cut)
¼ cup trail mix (with almonds)
½ cup Greek yogurt
Honey to taste
Add berries for extra flavour.

Mix and enjoy.
